Christine has worked in academic, clinical and public health nutrition settings and has been fortunate to have worked on projects relating to food sustainability, food security, food policy and politics, childhood nutrition, body image, and school nutrition programs. She believes in the power of connecting with your food through learning where it comes from, growing it yourself, cooking, practicing mindful eating, and enjoying all foods! She feels fortunate to share this passion with her clients, as she helps them strengthen their relationship with food and learn more about nutrition.
Christine is excited to have returned home to the Ottawa area. She looks forward to exploring the local food scene and contributing to efforts aimed at improving food security and sustainability in the area, so everyone can have access to the food they deserve.
