Sign up for a 6 week session beginning Monday, May 25th
We will meet at the Nepean Sportsplex (around the back at the 2km trail head)
This will be a group walk, instructions on proper Nordic Walking technique as well as stretches and strengthening exercises that are specific to Nordic Walking.
Classes will run from 8:15-9am
BYOP (bring your own poles)
