Overnight Oats

Ingredients (1 serving)

1/3 cup steal cut oats

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

½ tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp unsweetened coconut flakes

½ cup frozen raspberries (I find that thawed fruit gives the oat mix more sweetness and flavour but you can also use fresh)

1. Combine all ingredients together in a to-go container. Mix well.

2. Place in the fridge overnight to enjoy the next morning.


This is one of my go-to breakfasts during the week. You can add any fruit you want and can also play around with a variety of other toppings like nuts & seeds.
