Want to jazz up your fruit? Give this high protein fruit dip a try. Feel free to swap the peanut butter for the nut or seed butter of your choice.
Peanut butter Greek yogurt fruit dip
Makes about 1 cup; Serves 4
Nutrition info per serving (not including fruit, using 0% MF yogurt): 126 calories; 8g fat; 4g sugar; 8g protein
¾ cup (175g) plain Greek yogurt (0% or 2% MF)
¼ cup peanut butter, smooth variety
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Assortment of fruit- apples, pear, strawberries, banana
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well, until smooth. Enjoy with cut up pieces of fruit and store any leftovers in fridge.
