Alex Bhathal, MSc, RD spent six years living in Atlanta, Georgia where she completed a BSc and MSc in Nutrition Science at Georgia State University. Alex is an avid runner, hiker, and lover of all things outdoors. Her passion for movement is what first led her to study the science of nutrition and its impact on health and human performance. Alex is fascinated by the cultural, social, and environmental factors that influence our eating habits. She enjoys helping clients find sustainable ways to successfully navigate our complex food environment.
When she’s not running or hiking, you can usually find Alex reading or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. Her time in the Southern States instilled in her a love of good old fashioned home cooking. Much to the chagrin of her dinner guests, she also gained an appreciation for collard greens and okra that persists to this day.
