Michelle Lo, RD is a dietitian that is passionate about tailoring nutrition needs to the individual. No two people are the same, and the foods they eat shouldn’t be either! Michelle is dedicated to providing nutrition care that is client-centered, finding ways to improve health without compromising lifestyle, preferences, or culture.
She studied Food and Nutrition at Brescia University College to further her interest in nutrition and health. From there, Michelle completed her internship at St. Michael’s Hospital, in the heart of Toronto. This is where her passion for diversity grew intensely, as well as her heart to advocate for equal and accessible care for all.
Michelle loves learning new recipes and experimenting with new foods in the kitchen - food is the way to her heart!
